What are you thinking?
Now that you’ve learned about your Belief System, you must now start learn how to form more empowering belief system to help you achieve your success. In this Personal Kaizen session, we are going to teach you how to eliminate your disempowering belief.
It is not an easy task to change a belief system overnight. You have to put in effort to really get rid of the disempowering belief that you have.
How do you know that you still have disempowering belief in you?
Very simple. We always have internal dialogue with ourselves, which means we talk to ourselves all the time.
If you always tell yourselves the following:
I can’t afford it.
That’s out of my turf.
I’m not good enough.
I’m not worthy.
I can’t do it.
I’m not smart enough.
I don’t know where to start.
I’m not well-enough connected.
It means that you are start having the disempowering belief in you.
Now, your assignment is to consciously aware and take note of all this negative dialogue that you have with yourself and then Replace these negative internal dialogue with these positive dialogue:
I CAN afford it if I really want it.
This IS in my turf.
I AM good enough.
I AM worthy.
I CAN do it.
I’m SMART enough to figure this out.
I”ll start right now with what I have.
I’ll find out how to get connected.
You must keep remind yourself to aware of all these negative internal dialogue and start eliminating them. Put a post-it note in your mirror or in front of your PC and you can even wear a rubber band or string in your hand to remind you to aware and get rid of these negative dialogue of yours.
