Skype is Shutting Down

Is Skype going to be shut down? I hope not. This is one of the most effective tool that I use whenever I travel abroad to communicate with my colleagues, prospects, family, etc. Especially when I am using Skype over my iPhone which is so convenient like using a cell phone.
