Overview
Kanban & Pull System workshop is designed to enable Value Stream members to set up a complete pull system within their Value Stream.
Kanban cards are the “visual” signal part of the system, while Supermarkets are the physical storage locations for specifically sized quantities and of materials.
Kanban and Supermarkets work together to establish and maintain a true pull all the way from the customer back through the producer to the supplier(s).

  • Water Spiders – Milk Run Routes, Milk Run Frequencies, Materials Handling Systems (review)
  • Load Leveling with the Heijunka Box
  • Implementing Heijunka in your Value Stream
