CK brings with him years of experience providing training, coaching and consulting services in both SME (Small Medium Enterprise) and MNC (Multi-National Corporation) in Lean Management and Supply Chain Management. He specializes in integrating Lean into supply chain management including inventory and cost reduction and supply chain optimization by using Lean practices.

He has helped various Fortune 500 companies in turning around their order fulfillment, reengineering their materials processes, improving inventory turnover and reduction program, carrying out vendor-managed inventory (VMI) program, and implementing Kanban Pull system. He has also been heavily involved in SCM system solutions, and ERP system integration. His focus now is working on Lean Implementation in various organizations from different industries – manufacturing, services, sales and distribution, warehousing, logistics, and bank in Singapore, Vietnam, Hong Kong, China and Malaysia.

Apart from manufacturing industry, another key area CK has successfully implemented Lean is service industry. He has implemented Lean in a Customer Service Centre for a multi national computer giant corporation. He has also implemented Lean in a few electronic components sales offices by reducing their wastes and hence leading to overall cost reduction and productivity improvement in those sales offices.

He has worked in one of the world renowned consulting firms prior joining Synerflex Consulting.? As a consultant in strategy and operation area, he is highly regarded for his ability in Lean implementation and also business process re-engineering and improvement for the clients.

CK is also a Certified Professional Trainer from the International Professional Managers Association, UK. He is also well known for his ability to bring change to the clients? organization by introducing Lean Leadership and building Lean Culture for the clients.? He has conducted series of organizational development workshops like Dynamic Team Building, Effective Communication and Effective Leadership Program.
