What We Can Learn From The China Parade?
I have encountered a lot of individuals or organisations looking to improve their performance but they want a “quick” and less or no-effort solution, so now you know why “get-rich-quick” scheme is very popular. A lot of us have only observed success stories of many successful people or organization, but we do not know that behind the scene of their success, there are a lot of sweat and blood just like the 10,000-Hour Rule written by Malcolm Gladwell in his book “Outliers”.
In order to be successful, we have to focus on how to build a discipline of creating good habits or routine actions that will continuously improve our performance or our organizations’ performance.
